Can't even figure out how to get a code off their code reader.. 3/4 diff computers, moving back & forth for 10+ mins before I finally gave up & walked out.. just WOW!!!! GREAT JOB EVERYONE........

Careful Buying stuff here they are sneaky! I went in to buy the front and back brakes for my car. ONLY! And they charged me for brake spray cleaner and brake pad gel. And she never asked if i wanted them!! Now i have to return them back if you guys can stay away buy online. Cheaper and you won't get scammed like they do!! Thats why they have young females working so guys won't complain about how they scam customers! Verify without asking and you will see how sneaky they are!!
5 employees working right now and only 1 on a register. Manager walks up looks around at the line of 7 customers and walks away. not 1 customer being helped because the only employee working is taking phone calls at his register. Then we ask the 2 lady's at the counter if they are open and they said no this is a different department with a dirty look like we should have known. Then someone who isn't even wearing an auto zone shirt walks up and says I can help you. Every customer was angry and complaining yet no one who works here actually cares or wants to make a sale. I'm just letting you know this greatly encourages theft. Next time this happens I'm just taking what I need and walking out. I'm not dealing with your horrible employees.
